Job description
I have a dining room which is roughly 4.5m x 3.2m.
Wooden floor. It's become bouncy on the bearers.
There is no clear access under the house.
The current floor will need to be removed.
Hopefully put hard wood chocks in under the bearers.
Relay new boards - I will supply.
Seperate cost for sanding and polishing new floor.
Take away all old boards.
