Job description
PLEASE NOTE: Just bought the property and settlement is due in mid May, so no access to bathrooms for inspection at the moment. Need rough quote base on photos & floorplan, so we can book now and ensure renovation can start as soon as we get the key in May.
10 year old townhouse(2 storey) in Vermont, two bathrooms need renovation (one upstairs & one ensuite ground floor). No plan to change current piping layout, just renovate & replace existing tiles, shower, vanity & maybe bathtub. Extra power point required for toilet electric bidet.
