Job description
Responsibilities:
1. Handle customer complaints via phone and email, providing quick responses for technical inquiries.
2. Primarily responsible for after-sales service in Australia, focusing on on-site and project operations and maintenance, initially supported by headquarters and later independently resolving on-site issues.
3. Actively cooperate with the Control Tower and colleagues based in China to manage on-site materials and provide timely feedback on issues, able to organize and analyze on-site failures and compile daily or next-day reports.
4. Any Ad hoc tasks assigned
Requirements:
1. Proficient in English
2. Experience as an electrician (holding high-voltage License is a must).
3. Strong learning ability and execution skills.
4. Experience with PCS or DC systems is a plus.
5. Good communication skills
6. Quick to respond with proactive and positive attitude.
7. Remote Work
8. Willing to work overtime
9. Candidate with Project Management experience is preferred
