Rendering of a small single level house located at 83 Augusta st crestmead. The carports that are there at present will be removed so there is easy access. There is approximately 90sqm. 5 windows needs sils choppped off and made sqaure set. beading to be used at all edges. Base coat plus top coat to be from pre mixed bags. Looking to pay $20psqm plus gst. Can do anytime that suits, so no rush. Must be an experienced team only.
