Job description
1: 900mm freestanding oven changeover - LPG stove with existing connection. New stove SMEG 900mm FS9608XS
2: Water pump changeover - current braided hose to pump are 19mm gas hose so was hoping to have changed from a braided hose to copper with philmac connection at pump (New pump Grundfos CMB 3-37).
3: Dishwasher connection - water connection may need to be extended due to distance to dishwasher (existing connection which requires copper pipe extension)
4: Braided hose changeover to copper to sink faucet tails - there are 3 braided hoses linked to sink faucet tails and would prefer this to be copper to faucet tails
5: Kitchen tap leaking
6: Bathroom tap spindle leaking brown gunk (Bastow tap)
7: Water Heater old pipe. Cut and cap off near junction.
8: Changeover of 1 x 4080 surfmist colourbond sheet on roof and cutting decommissioned copper pipe to sit under roof (decommissioned and was for old hot water header tank on roof). I have CL4 Surfmist Roof Zips on-site (see picture attached). Current leak in ceiling and old dektite around copper pipe likely culprit.
