Job description
1: New surfmist colourbond sheet (4080mm) long to replace sheet with old dektite and copper pipe (copper pipe can just be cut below new sheet as decommissioned)
2: 2 x internal box gutter flashing in Surfmist colourbond along existing gutter along hip from ridge capping to gutter along side of house to prevent any water ingress under sheets (4700mm and 4500mm internal length - no overlap allowance in these lengths). This should be able to be slotted in without too much difficulty.
3: Foam infill under top 5 metres of ridge capping both sides
4: Flashing 2metres long along roof section next to deck in surfmist
