Job description
Plumber required to install a continuous gas unit. I will buy the unit, looking at maybe Rheem 26L, 50c or 60c.(your advice?) To install on side of house to replace hot water (electric tank) in ceiling cavity. There is a 20mm gas inlet supplying a large central heating unit in the ceiling, so pressure should be OK - neighbouring units run similar units off same size pipe with NO problems. Hot and cold water pipes are within 3-4 metres, in ceiling, from where I want to place the unit (outside wall). Roof is tiles, so easy enough access. I can assist in install, e.g. drain water tank, set up electricity power point etc so am looking at gas plumber who can spend 3-4 or so hours to do the job.
