Job description
STRUCTURAL DEMOLITION WORK
Allow to scrape, remove, and dispose magnesite layer to all flooring areas including kitchen, living, dining and bedroom areas
Allow to cut, demolish, and remove brickwork above entry to living/dining area, including nib wall as per drawings
Allow to cut, demolish, and remove brickwork above doors to increase door height as per drawings
Allow to install lintel above new increased door height as per drawings
BATHROOM DEMOLITION WORK
Allow to remove and dispose bathtub, toilet, and laundry tub including all fixtures and fittings such as shower mixer and rail, shower curtain, grab rails, toilet roll holder, robe hook, and bathtub mixer and spout
Allow to remove and dispose false ceiling framing
Allow to strip back, remove, and dispose wall tiling back to original brick internal walls
Allow to strip back, remove, and dispose floor tiling back to original concrete slab
KITCHEN DEMOLITION WORK
Allow to strip back, remove, and dispose wall tiling back to original brick walls underneath window
Allow to remove and dispose plasterboard bulkhead and framing above kitchen
CARPENTRY DEMOLITION WORK
Allow to remove and dispose storage and linen cupboards in entry hallway
Allow to remove and dispose bedroom built in wardrobes
Allow to remove and dispose bedroom internal doors and bathroom cavity sliding door including door frames and door hardware
Allow to remove and dispose perimeter timber skirting to bedrooms, hallway, living and dining area
