Job description
Hi, my name is Peter and we just bought our first home with my wife. We are planning a bathroom renovation after the settlement date which is 16th of April. We would like to get the work done before we move in so quick turnaround would be great. The bathroom has a water damaged chipwood floor (corner near shower) so the floor would need to be replaced and sealed. We would like to get rid of the shower and hang on to the bathtub only with a shower feature. We are looking for a full bathroom reno of this small 3x1,80m bathroom in Endeavour hills. There are plans to renovate the kitchen at the same time plus to paint the whole house, get new carpets to 3 bedrooms and 1 hallway, and open up the kitchen to the living area by getting rid of a small wall, but it all depends on quotes and time needed to finish the works. Please let us know if you are interested in this job and if you can start straight after we get the keys. Thank you. Peter
