Job description
We need some inter tenancy walls built in the roof cavities of a Victorian terrace. This is to comply with council requirements for division of titles & needs to be a 60/60/60 rated wall. We will need sectional detail of the party wall provided for the CC. May also need to install attic access ladders to help get materials into roof ... or tiles will need to be removed. Will need site inspection and measure, but estimate 1 wall of approx 10 sqm and the other of approx 12 sqm.
