Roof restoration needed ASAP. colour bond roof around 40 years old but no rusting, some minor cracks. around 130 sqm total. job details: all screws should be changed with proper screws, cracks on metal sheets to be fixed, apply sealant around 2 skylights , other sealing as required, washing and painting of roof.
