Job description
Plumbing: Scope of Works
Using new copper piping etc. (We have some materials & copper piping)
Bathroom
Shower. Using existing hot & cold from under house. Shower remaining on same wall but new piping needs running inside to move shower outlet and mixer approx 200mm from original. Shower waste needs moving approx 300mm under house to new position.
Bath. The bath is approx in the same position but shifted 200m along same wall. So waste outlet need moving 200m. Hot & cold taps also need moving approx 100m. Before there were separate taps for bath shower and bath taps (so 4 taps) Now new mixer diverter and one tap spout. The shower position has been moved 200mm along wall.
Toilet and bidet. These are on the same outer wall as previous toilet. The toilet has been shifted 1.5 m from original toilet, and the bidet, next to it, is new. The in-wall cistern needs checking to make sure assembled and in correctly.
Vanity bowl. This is in same line as previous but shifted 1m. (Existing piping capped when under house.)
Fit off later
Ensuite
Sort out leaky toilet. Identical Royal Dolton in garage.
Kitchen
Reattach existing gas cook-top appliance. Reattach waste disposal (Is in place as unit never removed). And new longer tap.
Pipe on wall outside kitchen. Repair.
