Job description
We have water leaking from the outdoor deck on Level 1 down into the Carport on the Ground floor of our converted warehouse / apartment.
We will likely want to change/replace the deck itself but the first step is to identify where all the water is leaking in from and to put a stop to the leaks.
When it rains, the flow of water is quite strong i.e. it's not just a few drops.
I'll attach some photos to give you a sense of the leaking areas downstairs and also a photo of the upstairs Deck.
