Job description
We have purchased an existing property, currently 3 Bedrooms and the living room has carpets. We would like to tile these areas prior to us moving in (the property will be empty and no furniture). We will pull up carports and leave bare concrete.
We are also changing the Kitchen Bench top and a small amount of splash back needs to be replaced with white subway tiles. (we have the tiles) not sure of these measurements, roughly 5sqm of splash back (in corners of kitchen and over stove). The old splash back will be removed (by the Kitchen bench fitters) in preparation.
The property settles on March 18th 2020 and therefore we would like the work to commence on Monday 23rd March 2020
We have the tiles: 450mm x 450mm Ceramic Tiles (matt)
Room Measurements: (includes tiles into floor of built in cupboards in bedrooms)
Bedroom 1: 3.57m x 4.26m
Bedroom 2: 4.15m x 3.26m
Bedroom 3: 3.56m x 2.68m
