Job description
Emergency work required to clean and stain hard wood floor for end or lease. The floor has been sanded and there are a few boards with "grooves" (caused by the drum when previously sanded) that need to be sanded out prior to the cleaning and staining. Once this has been done, the floor will need cleaned and stained, The size of the room is approximately 30 square metres. I have the stain and sander(hand sander) available to sand the grooves. Immediate start on the work is required.
