Maintenance jobs around a rental unit, quote this week first
Need two quotes - one for painting and another for the other work
I want a trades-person that can do at least the first 3 jobs. Just painting is not enough.
1. Put in a small vanity mirror
2. Paint over damages caused by removing 3M picture hooks - my estimate is one whole room (4 walls) needs painting plus selected areas
3. Fix missing outdoor metal gate latch
4. Maybe replace a bathroom washing basin timber-top (depending on cost)
