Job description
Need to install porcelain tiles into 2 houses. The houses are under construction at the moment, I need to get the rate for installation, labour and materials (except tiles). I need to install 600mmx1200mm tiles.
Approx. size of the floor is 100-110 sq.m that includes Portico, Alfresco, Living, family, hallway.
What will be thickness of installed tiles? I need to tell this to the builder as they will adjust the door heights accordingly.
