Job description
We have a large two story feature window, above front entrance awning.
Window and surrounds require some maintenance to prevent further deterioration.
The stain glass had been restored previously and is in great order, the frame and a number of other areas aren't so
much.
1. Repair and Replace where necessary timber trims around window frame, sanded, gapped and apply 2 coats of
premium paint.
2,. Four horizontal metal widow frames to be prepared for rust converting, primer and metal rust proof paint, black.
3. Existing tin flashing on sill of window to be replaced as original too short.
4. Just beside window. Grout up sides of decorative bricks as missing mortar.
5. Six bricks which have clear signs of heavy erosion to be be repaired in situ with construction grout with a red mortar
to match existing building.
6. Tuck pointing to mortar erosion between bricks on various locations.
7. Gable directly above has five to ten loose bricks about to fall out.
