Job description
DA/CC approved / Foundation and subfloor complete.
You can see the structure being built 3D (our actual home) on ecokit.com Instagram / there is also a photo or two of the subfloor and materials being delivered.
In short this is a passive house design new to Aus from a European concept using a LVL portal frame that is precision manufactured (no cutting or drilling just fastening) the portal frame is completely enclosed in construction ply and then wrapped in air tight membrane. Windows are on site by Binq. We had carpenters lined up but the kit manufacture has been delayed by a month CNC company is in Tas and have had problems with machinery and delay in parts.

PS please tell me where you are from and any travel issues. The basic kit with a carpenter and handyman (me) may only take 10 days to assemble / Cladding by Lysaght not involved. But all finishing is required on inside including the lining. Insulation is blown in by ecokit specialist so no handling of insulation required. This job being kit assembly is carpentry only to lockup.
For the right person a fair pay rate with travel allowance is assured.
