Tucked into Level 5 of the food court at Westfield Sydney, 188 Pitt Street, C9 Chocolate & Gelato is the CBD’s newest sweet escape. This self-serve gelato, froyo and acai bar brings Australia’s fastest-growing dessert brand right into the heart of the city, offering shoppers, workers and visitors a delicious reason to pause between errands, movies or a big night out.

C9’s signature self-serve format means guests can build their own bowl, choosing from a rotating range of premium gelato flavours (the Belgian chocolate is a firm favourite for its rich, deep cocoa flavour) alongside froyo and acai options, then finishing it off with more than 30 toppings. For those who prefer to keep things classic, sugar-free and gluten-free choices are also available, making it easy for everyone to find something they love.

Beyond the gelato counter, the menu extends to loaded croffles, brownie platters and the standout molten lava cake, served warm with a scoop of gelato melting on top. It is the kind of treat that turns a quick dessert stop into a proper indulgence.

Open seven days, with extended hours Thursday to Saturday, C9 Westfield Sydney is perfectly placed for a mid-shop refuel or a late-night dessert run with friends. Whether it is a solo craving or a full dessert squad outing, this is a spot built for sharing sweet moments in the city.
